Film school · Lesson 6 of 7

Build a channel

Decide once how a channel looks and sounds, then start each video from there.

The steps

  1. Make a channel preset. In Library, Channel presets saves the language, style, format, length, narrator, caption style, pace and AI engine.
  2. Cast recurring characters. Characters keep a name, personality, voice and look, so they stay the same film after film.
  3. Audition voices. Voices lets you hear one line in up to eight voices and keeps a pronunciation list.
  4. Write memories. A memory is a rule for one project or for every video. Each build reads them.
  5. Start from the preset. Pick the preset in New video and every choice fills itself in.

Worth knowingYour scripting skill lives in Library, Memories. Every script follows it on top of the style's own rules.
